Our Goldstones Jewelry has extensive product knowledge, able to accurately answer customer inquiries, provide professional advice and customized services, and offer support in the post-sales stage.

When we receive your sample order or bulk order, we will immediately arrange a dedicated production meeting. The meeting will gather company owners, designers, and production managers to discuss and confirm your design requirements, product specifications, and production schedule. Through careful planning and close collaboration, we will ensure full understanding and accurate execution of all details and requirements.

Custom Process

After confirm the price and order of jewelry, we will launch prepare produce:

We will give the 3D drawing or your own design drawing to list new 3D effect to show the jewelry and material.

  • We will launch a plastic module to get the first ring prototype.
  • We go to do polish/brush/wash/ecoplate/logo or letter engraved on the ring.
  • We do Diamond Select (as order request, select color, clarity, size, shape cut).
  • Insert and micro-prong set the diamond onto the jewelry mount.
  • Rigorous Multi-Phase Quality Testing (weight, stone size, ring sizing).
  • Secure luxury packaging with certificate and high-res video proof before dispatch.

Before delivery, we will take photo and video for finish jewelry; if any revision is needed, we do it before shipping.

Production Process

Our 8-step standardized manufacturing workflow guarantees microscopic precision at every stage.

1. Design

After confirm the order we will give the first drawing for ring/bracelet/earrings design; this step will revise as customer request before produce.

2. CAD Drawing

3D CAD drawing will show the different angles to demonstrate that the design is accurate to actual effect and metal weight.

3. Module Making

3. Mould Making

First we will do high-precision resin wax moulding of ring/bracelet/earring to verify dimensions and get rough shape.

4. Casting

After confirm the wax module, we will go to S925 / K gold / Platinum material vacuum induction casting.

5. Pre-polish

After gold moulding, our craftsmen polish and brush the metal to make jewelry shiny smooth with fine mirror texture.

6. Stone Setting

We select diamond size, color, clarity, and shape cut before setting; stones are mounted under 40x binocular zoom.

7. Re-polish

After stone setting, we do fine ultrasonic cleaning and re-polish to ensure zero scratches and perfect luster.

8. Quality Test

Final Quality Inspection: testing overall weight, diamond authenticity, ring sizing, and metal hallmark precision.
